1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of the Pharma Link Jo platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be fully bound by these terms.

2. Services

Pharma Link Jo provides a platform for organizing and registering for medical events. We act as a neutral intermediary between event organizers and participants.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Privacy and Data

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely. Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Please review event-specific terms before registering.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform is the property of Pharma Link Jo and may not be reused without prior written permission.

🎟️ Booking, Payment & Rewards Terms

1. Promo Codes

Promo codes are single-use per account, with one code per booking, and each code has a set expiry date. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to a booking that has already been confirmed.

2. Early-Bird Pricing

Early-bird prices apply automatically during their announced period. The price shown at the moment you complete your booking is final and does not change afterwards, whether prices later rise or fall.

3. Waitlist

Joining a waitlist is not a seat reservation. When a seat becomes available we send you an instant alert, and available seats go to whoever completes booking and payment first.

4. Payments & Receipts

We currently accept CliQ instant transfers or cash at the door. Every payment is verified manually before your booking is confirmed, and an official PDF receipt is issued after confirmation. Card payments are not available yet.

5. Referral Rewards

When you invite a colleague through your referral link, you both receive a discount once your colleague's booking is confirmed and paid. Referral rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, and we may void rewards arising from fake accounts or misuse.

6. Companion Bookings

You may book seats for up to 9 companions in a single booking. You are responsible for the accuracy of your companions' details, and their QR tickets are delivered to your email.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect your name, email, phone number, and professional details to provide our services. We do not collect unnecessary personal data.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to manage your account, process registrations, and issue certificates. We never sell your data.

3. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Third Parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.
